Polk Healthcare Foundation supports Polk Medical Center in its mission to provide access to quality critical health care at the grassroots level to area residents. The Foundation promotes community involvement and provides ongoing financial support through charitable fundraising.
Donations to Polk Healthcare Foundation directly benefit critical access health care in Polk County and the surrounding community. These funds are used to provide resources and support to ensure that advanced and superior care is available at Polk Medical Center.
Annual Gifts: The Annual Gifts committee seeks support through the Caregiver Appeal, Year-end Appeal and community events. Join the Builder's Society with a gift of $100 or more and help sustain Foundation programs.
Corporate Giving: The Corporate Partners Committee works to establish relationships with the corporate community to strengthen communication, service programs and charitable support.
Doc Ayers-Ray Beck Golf Tournament: Polk Healthcare Foundation partners with the Doc Ayers-Ray Beck Community Foundation to host this annual community event. Proceeds from the tournament benefit more than 30 local nonprofit organizations each year.
Major Gifts: These are created by the support of generous givers who donate $10,000 or more through either a single gift or a multiyear commitment.
