Senior Enrichment Center

The Senior Enrichment Center provides aging adults the opportunity to spend their day interacting with others in a group setting.

The outpatient behavioral health program is designed to meet the specific mental health challenges common to many senior adults. Most patients receive care three to four times per week for a period of two to six months. Transportation to Polk Medical Center is available for patients who live within 30 miles of the facility. Lunch is provided on treatment days.

A multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses and other health care experts provides assistance to patients demonstrating the mental health needs often reported by aging adults and their families. Our Senior Enrichment Center outpatient program provides individual, group, family and marital therapy.

Special care is taken to communicate with primary care doctors regarding treatment and progress.
